The Challenge

Zenlytic is on a mission to make business intelligence effortless through AI-powered data insights. As a fast-growing startup backed by leading investors, their team was moving quickly-and their existing space wasn’t keeping up.

When they reached out, they were looking for their first dedicated NYC office. The space needed to reflect their brand-clean, sharp, and engineered for deep work. Most importantly, it had to support real, in-person collaboration without distracting from the heads-down problem-solving that defines their culture.

The Solution

We narrowed the search to quiet, thoughtfully designed offices in SoHo and NoMad, areas that offered a good mix of proximity to transit and architectural character. The Zenlytic team was drawn to a boutique space within a quiet NoMad building-a floor that had already been prepped for engineering-heavy teams and offered room to grow.

From there, we handled:

• Furniture procurement and vendor coordination
• WiFi, cleaning, and security set-up
• A custom walkthrough to ensure the space could flex with their hybrid schedule

The space offered natural light, private call areas, and enough infrastructure to plug in and start building – no downtime, no distractions.
