Facilities Management for NYC Offices
After the buildout comes the actual life of the office: maintenance, vendors, repairs, compliance, and the hundred small things that decide whether a space feels managed or abandoned. Nomad runs facilities for the offices it delivers, one accountable team from lease to daily operations.

What does facilities management cover?
The running of the office once you're in it: commercial cleaning, repairs and preventive maintenance, pantry restocking, vendor coordination and on-call support when something breaks at the wrong moment. The setup is built around how your team actually uses the space, your hours, your pantry, your priorities, rather than a standard package applied to everyone.
How is the service delivered?
Much of the work runs through our own in-house operations rather than a chain of subcontractors, which is the difference between a fix today and a ticket in a queue. One partner is accountable for the whole floor, standards stay consistent, and small problems get handled before they become the thing your office manager spends every Tuesday chasing.
Who is this for?
Teams that want the office handled without hiring for it: companies moving into their first managed floor, tenants coming out of coworking who are used to service being included, and any team whose operations lead has better things to do than manage five vendors. Every Flex by Nomad floor includes it as standard; direct-lease tenants add it as a package.
Why bundle facilities with Nomad?
Because the same firm found the floor, built it and now runs it. There's no gap between what was promised in the buildout and what gets maintained afterward, no vendor pointing at another vendor, and a direct line to people who already know your space. The office simply works, and your team stays focused on theirs.
